This is the same blend as the #25 with added lactose. Lactose, also called sugar of milk, is a non fermentable powder that gives your stout some sweetness. This sort of stout is called milk stout for the obvious reason and is a wonderful alternative for anyone who would like to smooth out that dry bitter finish of a regular stout.
