One of only a handful of styles that Australia can claim, Pacific Ale is a one of a kind type of beer that balances a malt bill that’s full bodied yet dry and clean enough to allow for the tropical hop character to refresh your palate leaving you wanting another.

The real star of the show in Pacific Ale is the delicious showcase of Australia grown Galaxy Hops. You simply can’t call it Pacific Ale if it doesn’t do the passionfruit, tropical, citrus character that is balanced and smooth without scratchy bitterness.

Add 3.5 Litres water. Recommend yeasts, Mangrove jack M42 Strong Ale, Safale US05 or Danstar BRY97.

Dry Hopping ? 50g Galaxy 3 days prior to end of fermentation.
